Executive Summary Year Ending 2023

For the first time Documation are reporting on the 3 Pillars of ESG. This will make up the baseline for Social Responsibility and Governance reporting for future years. The Environment report continues to show the emissions measured. Documation has an ongoing commitment to its Net Zero target of reducing emissions where possible and increased reporting across scope 3, and has renewed targets set for 2024.

Responsible

We are in a climate crisis; scientists around the world agree that we need to halve global emissions by 2030 and reach Net Zero by 2050. The IT sector accounts for around 3-6% of global emissions, and it’s predicted to rise to 20% by 2030. What can we do about it?

Tech Zero

We have signed a Tech Zero pledge. This means that we’re in the process of measuring our emissions, creating a plan of action that’s grounded in science, and setting a clear goal to achieve Net Zero by 2030. Companies who join Tech Zero commit to measure their scope 1-3 emissions and set an ambitious net zero target within a year of joining.
