Can we become paper free with AR automation?

Yes. Becoming paper-free is an important part of AR automation. Invoice data is added to the workflow, stored digitally, available for viewing from both you CRMs/Information/Finance Systems and in the Documation solution. Accounts receivable invoice automation logs the invoice status from sending, transaction status, validation and clearance request to payment with archive capability.

Do my Customers need to change the way they receive my invoices?

No. By partnering with Pagero invoices can be delivered to any network, in any format across more than 250 countries worldwide. Formats include Peppol, XML, Edifact and more. Full invoice tracking and status updates are available throughout the invoice journey with inbuilt workflow for exception handling.

Can AR automation solutions help with invoice-related communications?

Yes. Having full visibility of the invoice journey allows the Customer to update the status and raise queries quickly and efficiently. AR team have all the information of the invoice status at anytime. Any invoices rejected by a Government portal or Customer will get pushed through the exception handling workflow.
