At the heart of Documation’s solutions is ‘Enable’, modular and scalable software that provides the Multi-Agent Workflow, Content and Operations Management framework for the company’s solutions. The platform supports both cloud-hosted and on-premise deployment, giving customers the flexibility to align with internal policies and infrastructure needs.
The platform is based on Microsoft technologies including Windows, IIS, SQL, Graph, M365 and Power BI.
AI
Multi-Agent Workflow is at the heart of the platform orchestrating operations that include multiple agents, human interactions, and integrations with external systems as components.
Humans in the Loop task management, UI and notification features are also provided within the platform allowing workflows to assign tasks to individuals or teams when required.
Operations Manager is the platform component which sequences and schedules agentic operations and other unattended processes such as integrations.
Document Lifecycle Manager (DLM) manages the content repository for all documents processed by or created by the workflows. DLM includes storage managements, caching and retention management and provides integration with 3rd party content repositories such as Sharepoint or Opentext Core Content.
Retrieval Services provide search, audit and workflow history features to allow every transaction to be monitored, tracked, found and reported.

Documation is certified for compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management systems, which sets mandatory requirements for establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
